e.g. searching 'florida' and 'Florida' should both work.
- Please clean duplicate junk data from database. E.g.
There are three "Florida" states that come back that are identical, except one has a number as the code, one has the 2-letter state code as the code, and one has the incorrect 2-letter state code.
