We just shipped a new endpoint, Workforce, that gives you a full breakdown of any company's workforce, both the total headcount and the headcount per department.

Pass a domain or id, and the endpoint returns:

• Observed employee count: the actual number of employees we've identified

• Department-level headcounts: employees grouped by root departments

Why it matters

Until now, you could filter companies by total approximate size. With department-level breakdowns, you can get way more specific:

• Selling dev tools? Target companies with 50+ engineers.

• Marketing platform? Find companies with large marketing teams.

• Competitive intel? Track which departments competitors are scaling.

• Lead scoring? Score accounts based on the size of the team that actually buys your product, not just overall headcount.
